Community Partners Charter High School is a tuition-free public school of choice located in Holly Springs.  CPCHS is unique in several ways:

• We provide a small-school environment as an alternative to the large public high schools where students may feel "lost in the crowd." 
• Every student is paired with a teacher who serves as an advisor and mentor, providing a more personalized academic experience. 
• Students are assessed based on an integrated portfolio of their best work in addition to traditional tests. 
• Students gain valuable real-world experience by doing community service and job shadows throughout the year.

Community Partners Charter High School will utilize an integrated, community-based curriculum to sustain a challenging and supporting learning environment for high school students of all ability levels.  CPCHS will provide an engaging environment where students develop an understanding of lifelong learning and citizenship by participating in internships in a variety of community settings.

Community Partners Charter High School will be an effective model charter school that provides an energizing, innovative, and nontraditional learning environment for students, staff, parents, and the greater community through opportunities for the development of creative leadership, independent and critical thinking, personal advocacy, and global vision that embraces diversity resulting in productive citizens prepared to embark on a pathway to success.

Our Educational Focus

Community Partners Charter High School will nurture the success of all its students by establishing a school-to-community focus designed to motivate each student to identify and build on personal strengths and career interests.  We follow the content objectives of the North Carolina Standard Course of Study to ensure that all students are receiving the necessary education that will enable them to pursue the career or post-secondary study of their choice.

Our Program

Our program is based on the idea that, given enough time and the right variables, all children can learn.  We are a success-oriented endeavor; our program consists of an integrated, real-world curriculum with portfolio assessment in addition to testing.  Immediate positive feedback and reinforcement during all instructional sessions support this program.  The primary motivator of our program is success.
